The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. parking at the hotel was convenient. It saved me time. i used the swimming pool. It was a big plus.
The carpet looked dated and mismatching. i noticed squeaky floors. I heard them from the second floor. the glass windows did not seem double glazed.

The location was fantastic, very close to the main attractions. the staff was super accommodating. They helped with all my queries. my room was a good size and tea and coffee facilities in it worked WELL. i also appreciate the hotel price, very competitive for the AREA.
i did notice the decor is a little outdated.

The location was great for exploring nearby attractions. I found the staff helpful with my queries. Breakfast was cooked to order and was quite good. The swimming pool was warm and clean. The jacuzzi also seemed nice.
The switch for the jacuzzi needs some attention, i think.

the room had adequate space for my needs and included tea and coffee facilities. the location was ideal for attending an event at the bic as it was very close. staff responded quickly to my request for a room change and offered drink vouchers as compensation.
the room showed signs of wear and could benefit from updates.
